So Adrian was my tech and he did an awesome job. He checked the entire AC unit, top to bottom and he got it working like a champ. One of the things that really blew me away was he noticed a hole in the main duct area that just had some tape over it. So Adrian not only found it and suggested it would help the unit, he came out a few days later and patched up the area like a surgeon.
